Can the user get SSO to SaaS Applications using SiteMinder authentication? |
|
Yes, there are two scenarios to consider. User will be automatically Single Signed on to SaaS or cloud applications if they are already authenticated to SiteMinder. SiteMinder authentication page will pop up when a user tries to access SaaS or Cloud Application if they are not already authenticated to SiteMinder. This process is similar for users inside the enterprise firewall or users trying to access applications from home. |

What kind of access reports can be generated for SaaS Applications? |
|
IMAG generates access reports for SaaS Applications, by user or by application. Total number of access across all applications, by user and by application. Last Access by a specific user to a specific application. Number of concurrent users at any point of time by application. Provisioning and De-provisioning reports with workflow approval time stamps can be generated for compliance reporting. |

3. |
For some applications we want to use AD credentials and not SiteMinder, can IMAG support this feature? |
|
Yes, IMAG can be configured to pair up SaaS applications to specific enterprise authentication platform. SiteMinder can be paired to Salesforce and AD can be paired to Netsuite or GoToMeeting. IMAG can be configured to register temporary users like contractors into the internal Radius, which can be used to provide SSO for SaaS and cloud applications. |

4. |
Can users be disabled in SaaS Applications automatically when they are disabled in AD? |
|
Zero-day-access Control functionality in IMAG disables users in SaaS and Cloud applications when their access is terminated in Active Directory or SiteMinder. IMAG periodically synchronizes the user status with Active Directory; the new status is then rolled into the SaaS Applications. Auto account disable and Auto account creation are key actions that are performed with change in status. |
